Product Return and Exchange Policy
At Haute Pink, we're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Here's a breakdown of our product return and exchange policy:
Returns and Exchanges: Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged, and refunds are not available.
Damaged Products: While we take meticulous care in packaging your items, if any product arrives damaged during shipping, we'll swiftly replace it. To initiate a replacement, simply provide us with an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, showcasing the damage. The package should remain untampered with, and the seal must be intact in the video. Once verified, we'll confirm the exchange. In cases where a reverse pickup isn't feasible, kindly return the damaged product within 7 days via regular courier. We'll reimburse shipping charges up to INR 100.
Replacement Process: Upon receipt of the damaged product, we'll promptly dispatch a replacement. If the same item isn't available, we'll issue a "Credit Note / Coupon" that can be redeemed against any of our products. Rest assured, the credit note / coupon has no expiry date. Please note, cash refunds aren't available in these instances. If an ordered product isn't available due to inventory discrepancy, you'll have the option to select an alternative of equal value, retain the amount as a credit note, or request a full refund to the original mode of payment.
Assistance with Jewellery Creations: Should you require guidance on how to wear a specific jewellery piece, our helpline number +91 9535456583 is at your service. Please bear in mind that we're unable to exchange jewellery creations damaged during any post-purchase trials.
Return Shipping: Currently, we offer a limited facility for pick-up of damaged products from select pincodes. If a return is approved, kindly ship the product back to us with appropriate packaging via regular courier service. We'll reimburse shipping costs up to INR 100.
Exchanged Item Delivery: Once the dispatched item reaches our centre in Bangalore, we'll promptly dispatch the replacement. Expect delivery within our standard timeframe of 5-7 working days for domestic shipments. Should additional time be required, we'll notify you accordingly.
